Chocolate Chip S’more Cookies

I’m kind of on a s’more kick this summer. There’s a ton of different recipes going around blogland and they all pretty much look delicious to me. So I’m slowly working my way through them to find the ultimate s’more goodies. (Don’t forget to check out my S’more Stuffed Brownies. They are going to be hard to beat!)

I saw this recipe over on Picky Palate and knew it was one I had to try. She makes the best cookies! And in a muffin top pan??? Who knew?!?! I’ve had a muffin top pan for years. I bought this baby back when muffin tops were super “in”. I didn’t necessarily make muffin tops in it. I made cupcake tops in it. Seriously! It makes the perfect cupcake to frosting ratio EVER!!! And that’s super important in my book. Can’t have a huge cupcake without the proper amount of frosting, right??? But I digress. So here’s a muffin top pan if you haven’t seen one.

She makes tons of cookies in this pan and now I know why. I’m hooked! It makes the perfect gigantic cookie!

I used the recipe off of the chocolate chip bag for my chocolate chip cookies. I think Toll House rocks when it comes to basic chocolate chip cookies. But I cut the chocolate chips in half (only adding half the bag.) And I used milk chocolate chips.

What you will need:
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 large eggs
6 oz. milk chocolate chips

miniature marshmallows
Hershey Milk Chocolate Bar (amount depends on how much you want to add)
Graham Crackers

Combine: flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Beat: butter, sugars and vanilla. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Gradually add in dry ingredients. Stir in milk chocolate chips.

Then I scooped it into the muffin top pan. I used my medium scoop from Pampered Chef. (I love their products!)

But wait. Here comes the good part! I put mini marhsmallows, broken pieces of graham crackers and pieces of Hershey Milk Chocolate bar on the top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 13 minutes and when you take them out of the oven they look like this!

Don’t these look delicious? Well, they were. They are on the top of my s’more summer freak out fest!

  22. Those look DELISH, I love smores, and chocolate chip cookies, duhhh, what a great idea to combine them, into one yummy cookie. Correct me if Im wrong but does making them in the muffin top make them even chewier, cuz, I hate crispy cookies, and prefer caky ones, and these look caky, and gooey, and soft, and fluffy, and oh gosh, I know whats for dessert this weekend. THANKS so much, and if you are dying to post these to another party, I would sooo love to have you. I am hosting a new party, hope you can stop by for a quick look, and share your recipe. Thanks again Erin, your blog rocks, and you have the yummiest looking blog, even though I probably shouldn’t be here,,, for obvious reasons. Like trying to lose weight, not gain it. I’m pretty sure it’s possible to actually gain it even with looking, lol. Anyway, take care girl!!
