When I saw this amazing recipe over at Sinful Southern Sweets I knew I had to make them. I love brownies with cream cheese frosting. It’s a weakness! And with a third layer? Pure heaven. So I made a pan of these thinking I’d take them to my first day back to work. But I ate them. Seriously! Not the entire pan but close. They were that good. So I made another batch on the first day of school to take to the staff. I think they liked them because they were gone by the end of the day. And what’s not to like!
You will need:
* 1 package brownie mix (the size for a 13×9 inch pan)
* oil, water and eggs for the brownies
* 1 tub of cream cheese frosting
* 1 package milk chocolate chips
* 1 cup peanut butter
* 3 cups Rice Krispy cereal
Again, you could make the brownies and the cream cheese frosting from scratch but that’s just crazy talk. I don’t have that much free time on my hands =o)
Make the brownies according to the package. (Little helpers are great with this step!)
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!!!
I link to the great linky parties in my sidebar.
Yes, I can see why you ate them..lol I would totally have gobbled these up. They look amazing. Who would have thought cream cheese brownies could get any better? They sound great:)
These cookies are delicious!!!! Thanks so much for sharing with me Erin. I love the crispy top layer. These get 4 stars from me.

I’m your newest follower! 🙂
Oh these are seriously delicious looking!! I am going to have to try them out. My only concern is I WILL eat the whole pan. Bookmarking it to make soon. Thanks!!
I agree with all above!!! Whoa, now that’s a brownie! You are so funny, the jelly roll pan is just a 15 1/2″x 10 1/2″ pan that is just 1″ deep. If you don’t have one just use a regular 15 1/2″ x 10 1/2″ instead – I did 🙂

These do look sinful! I made your s’more brownies this week and I am going to share my photos on Sister Sister Sunday this week. Thanks for linking!
I love these bars. My family makes a similar one with marshmallows instead of the cream cheese frosting and chocolate cake mix instead of the brownies. It’s always a favorite around our house. But your version with the frosting sounds so delectable and rich.
Mmm, I’m a big fan of all things rice crispies, these look de-lish.
your “little hands” look so adorable! And while i love brownie anything, i love brownie frosting anything more!
Decadent!
Now these have got to be the ultimate in simple scrumptiousness (don’t think that’s even a real word, but it certainly describes these!) and you are hereby crowned the queen of link ups at Tailgating Time this week. Thanks for all the goodies 🙂
