Just When You Thought It Couldn’t Get Any Better….

In December I made a batch of White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge. I make a ton of things around the holidays. Well, maybe all the time. But the great things about it is the freezing. I freeze about half of everything I bake so that I can take it out later and either take it to work or to a shin dig or just gobble it up myself =o)

I froze about half a pan of this White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge and took it out the other day. it still tasted divine! But it kind of fell apart when I tried to cut it into perfect little squares. So I got an idea…. I’ve seen cake balls and cookie balls and even brownie bites (aka balls). But I’ve never seen fudge balls. Is it possible? I had to give it a try.So I got some of my absolute favorite chocolate out. I try to buy the mint when I can because they taste like amazing and delicious mint chocolaty goodness.

I rolled the fudge into balls and then coated them with the chocolate mint.

Of course we had to put some Valentine sprinkles on them. This is the person in charge of sprinkles in my house =o)

You know, to make them all festivey.

And were they delicious?! Holy smokes. And what a perfect way to make a recipe last. Christmas fudge and then Valentine Fudge Balls. Perfect!
