Scooter Snacks

I’m always on the search for fun foods to make for me… I mean my kids. Ah heck, who am I foolin’. I’d make these adorable scooter snacks even if I didn’t have kids. They are so cute. And all the ingredients that I love!

Adorable, right? I found this in the August 2010 edition of Taste Of Home Fun Food Magazine. (Of course I had to buy it with a name like that!)

And they are really easy to make.

Ingredients:
* pretzel sticks
* cucumber slices or zucchini
* string cheese
* cream cheese for the “glue”

That’s it. Who doesn’t love all of those ingredients? My kids loved them!

  10. OH my gosh… I LOVE this!! We had a Red Scooter Birthday Party for our 4 year old a few months ago. We made “Sweet Scooters” out of cookies and pretzel rods with royal icing for the “glue.” These would’ve been perfect at his party! Here’s the link if you’d like to check it out…
