Perfectly Posh Review

I am a huge lover of smelly things. Wait, let me rephrase this. I am a huge lover of things that smell wonderful. I love perfume and lotions and body wash and candles and everything else that smells delicious.

I’ve passed my love down to my kids, which I absolutely love. When my daughter is in the bath she closes her eyes and I squirt body wash in her hands. She keeps her eyes closed and smells it and tries to guess which scent it is. Are we dorks? My daughter loves it!

I’m also a firm believer in “you get what you pay for.” So we never buy dollar store body products. I want a lotion that is thick and creamy and a scent that lasts and is wonderful.

I am in love with their Sugar Lip Scrubs.

Sugar exfoliates and rich butters moisturize tired, dry lips. Simply rub it on and leave it. You don’t need to wash it off because it’s made with sugar (which dissolves and tastes delicious) and and natural ingredients. It also comes in three choices of flavors: natural orchard peach, vanilla grapefruit and mint.

I tried the vanilla grapefruit and it was wonderful. The scent was subtle. I love the smell of vanilla and it had a hint of citrus to it.

The Solid Hand Lotion Bar (The Handle) was fantastic. It is perfect for gardeners, cold climates and frequent hand washers. I think this is perfect for those of us who work in a school. We are constantly washing our hands (trying so hard not to spread germs and get sick) but then they dry out. “Normal” lotion can be greasy but not the hand lotion bar. Simply rub it on your hands and then place it back in the decorative tin for the next time you need it. And the scents? Heavenly!

The solid lotion bar if also parabin and paraffin-free. It is made from natural ingredients and preserved with tocopheral (vitamin E).
