We have another fun and delicious Halloween treat for you today. Aren’t these little guys cute? I’m not sure what my favorite part of them is: the delicious white chocolate coating? Or the mouth watering Oreo Cream Cheese filling? Maybe it’s a tie. We found this recipe over on the The Recipe Critic PrintMummy Cookie […]
I’m beginning to get a little tired of the rain around here. It’s May for heaven’s sake and it’s pouring outside. I want summer! I want to be able to open up my windows and smell the fresh air. I want to wear sandals and capris and not feel like I’m frozen. I want to […]
Did you read the title and think “what the heck?” If you did, you’re not alone. When I first heard of roasting Starburst candies over the campfire I was pretty skeptical. Number one, there’s no chocolate so that usually rules me out. And number two, what the heck? How would that even work??? But when […]
This is my attempt at making a Thanksgiving cookie. I was planning on making all kinds of cute little turkey cookies but instead I decided to throw myself down the stairs and mess up my ankle. I know. Turkey cookies or the emergency room? Is it a tough choice? Apparently it was for me. I […]
I love Halloween! Have I mentioned that? Yep, love it! And how could I not when this is what decorates my kitchen? Cool, right?! Dirty Q-Tips! Ha! I saw these over on Pinterest too. Along with the Bloody Band-Aid Cookies that we made. It originally came from Katherine Marie Photography. Super simple but the […]
This was one of my first posts (and it’s a pretty poorly done one.) So I thought I would repost this. It’s one of my son’s favorite meals and he asks for it all the time. I’m not sure if he likes eating the hot dogs and noodles or if it’s just the way he […]
It’s no secret that I love fun food. I love making it. I love serving it to my kids. It makes me smile. So this was right up my alley. And it’s kind of Halloween-y, right? Kind of? This recipe came out of the cookbook Simple 1-2-3 Cooking for Kids. Ingredients: * Jumbo past shells […]
The other day my son said to me “Mom, we should have every Saturday dinner a fun dinner. You know, like the Aliens and race cars that we had.” Bless him. I love that they want to help me in the kitchen and eat fun things. So we decided to make something similar to our […]

These look delicious!!
Hi Erin, long time no see. Stopping by to wish you a happy new year! So glad to see you are still going strong over here. Your blog has always been one of my very favorite. Still having fun over at my blog but not much kitchen creativity these days. Sure can relate to the beginning of this post. When I look in the mirror I wonder who that old lady is looking back at me! The oreo cookie balls look delicious – yum! Cheers to the new year 🙂
Oreo truffles should be made in every home! I love these!!!
oreo truffles are one of my very favorite treats to make! they are so easy and taste WAY too good to be that easy. I can never stop popping them. 🙂
I think white chocolate has something against me, so don’t feel badly, but these still look yummy!
WOW! That looks great, yummy treats. Thanks Erin for visiting me and for your sweet words. Happy New Year!
I like your therapy. It’s midnight and I’m munching on one of the most delicious Chocolate Macadamia Cookies ever made. I’ll blog about it soon.
I think I must be the only baker in the universe that has not made a cookie ball–crazy huh!
But I like Oreos, cream cheese and chocolate so these must be delicious.
Have a very Happy New Year.
These look great! =)
