I have to admit, I was a little intimidated.  I don’t think I’ve ever had to cook such a high quality steak or fish before.  I was so afraid that I was going to mes it up.  But I persevered and I am so glad I did!

I wanted to try the Filet Mignon without a sauce or topping because I wanted to taste the meat and not a bunch of spices.  I rubbed them with a little bit of pepper and salt and cooked them on a very hot grill (about 375 degrees) for 8 minutes on each side.
I was so pleased with how they turned out!  Look at how wonderful it looks.

 

The steaks were, without a doubt, the best steak I have ever had.  They truly did melt in my mouth.I’ve decided this is going to be something I send as a gift to a friend who lives in the midwest and has everything.  How perfect will this be?!?!  And the selections are amazing!   You can go and check them out
