Wicked Good Chocolate Chip Cookies

I’m always on the hunt for a great chocolate chip cookie recipe.  They are either too flat or too thick or just don’t taste right.  Then I came across this recipe.  It’s called Wicked Good Chocolate Chip Cookies.  Did you see that?  Wicked Good!   So it was a no brainer what recipe I was going to make when my brother told me he wanted homemade chocolate chip cookies for his birthday.  I like my brother.  He deserves Wicked Good.
And dang.  These cookies were awesome!  They were wicked good!
Wicked Good Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips (I added about 1 1/2 cups)
Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy.  Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined and fluffy.  Add dry ingredients.  Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat Non-Stick Baking Mat, 11 5/8 x 16 1/2-inches, Half Sheet Size  (I love my silpat!)
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8 – 10 minutes.  Lt cool for a minute or so and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
Enjoy!
