We all love to get money as a gift, right? I mean, come on! Who doesn’t love money?!?! But just putting a check in an envelope isn’t any fun is it? Maybe to get it, but if I’m going to give money as a gift, I want it to be fun. Yes, you read that right… fun.
We made this gift for the daughter of a good friend of mine. She just graduated from high school and is getting ready for college. So money is good. And how fun is this?
One of the pizza places here in town gave me a box. We used glue dots to secure the money down. You don’t want it falling all over the place. Fan out the money and then glue dot some quarters on top.
I can’t wait to give it to her!

How do you sick the money in!?
I used small glue dots to stick the bills to the box. Then small glue dots to stick the coins to the bills.
I know that you used glue dots, but are they easy to remove from the money without ripping? Also, what glue dots did you use? I’m scared to get some and they work too well.
Glue dots don’t rip the money at all.
Such a cute idea. I always Bake a huge cookie for the grandkids on a pizza pan. This time I’ll put it in a box and give it with a box of dough!
I made this as a wedding gift and I enclosed a Pizza Cutter in with it I used choco coins as the Pepperoni I got the nicest Thank You Card I will use this again

What a clever idea!! I am so excited to make this for our niece who just graduated High School!! I would think Michaels will have the glue dots you used. My husband has a friend who owns a pizza place so got the box just have to go to the bank and get the right denomination of “dough”!

You can use either. You’ll just have to use more money on a bigger box. =o)
