Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs

Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs

The weather here has been ridiculous.  It is cold and rainy – crazy rainy.  I’m starting to mold!  So what do I want?  You know, besides desserts?  Comfort food.  Warm, delicious comfort food.

This recipe totally fits the bill – delicious!  You can add more sour cream, if you would like.  I did because I love sour cream and it was so good.

Make sure not to overcook your noodles.  You don’t want them mushy.

I found this recipe on The Country Cook.
