Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies

Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies

Red Velvet anything is one of my Dad’s favorite desserts.  I’ve made him Red Velvet Cheesecake Bars and Red Velvet Pound Cake, both of them were amazing.  But for Christmas this year I wanted to make him these Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies.  They looked so delicious!  And so festive, don’t you think?  Perfect for the holidays (including Valentine’s Day!)

They were easy to make.  Using a small scoop, make 1 inch balls and roll them in powdered sugar.

Lightly press them down with the bottom of a flat glass or cup and bake.
