Do they look like hot dogs? Of course they do. But are they? Well, sort of. They’re hot dogs, but not the kind you eat for lunch. You eat these hot dogs for dessert! I found the recipe for these over on The Seven Year Cottage. I changed it up just a little bit. They used […]
A friend of mine at work bought this amazingly awesome ice cube tray mold for me. I thought it was a giant compliment when she said “I saw this and thought of you.” Seriously! How cool is that! I love it when people see weird but extremely cool things and actually think of me. What […]
Yep, another Thanksgiving-ish recipe. I told you we were going to rock the Holidays! (If you missed that post, you can check it out here.) And after our delicious Pumpkin Spice Fudge, we needed a kid friendly crafty kind of dessert to make. Can you get any more kid friendly or crafty with these Turkey […]
In keeping with our fun food theme we made these cute sloppy Joe cars. What do you think? (You didn’t miss our other fun food posts, did you? Octodogs and Shells, Aliens for dinner and our Squiddlers.) These were simple to make and will be a big hit with the kids. You will need: * […]
I have a confession to make. You know those little recipe books that you always see in the check out stand? They are usually themed – Halloween, Christmas, cookies, crockpot recipes. You know the ones. I am addicted to them. Yep, I said it out loud. I love them. I love looking through them and […]
The other day my son said to me “Mom, we should have every Saturday dinner a fun dinner. You know, like the Aliens and race cars that we had.” Bless him. I love that they want to help me in the kitchen and eat fun things. So we decided to make something similar to our […]
I mentioned in my last post for our Faux Deviled Eggs that I love April Fools Day and all the fun food ideas. Well, here’s another super cute idea. How about making a Chicken Not Pie for dinner for your kids. Did you catch that? Chicken Not Pie. I know, clever right? (Or were you […]
I love that I found these over on Mom Endeavors. I knew immediately that this was a Halloween snack we had to make. Super easy which means little helpers can do this one all on their own! What you’ll need: * stick pretzels * white melting chocolate * raisins * milk chocolate melting chocolate Arrange […]

okay that is great, I would so love those, hate having to boil one or two eggs then peal them.
Thanks for this twist. My kids love deviled eggs and my son is obsessed with bacon. We’ll definitely be doing this!
Thanks for stopping by my blog 🙂 Came by yours and see lots of good stuff! Followed you via GFC!
Ok, these deviled eggs are destined to become a staple at our house! My family will love them!
I hear ya, Erin:) I LOVE deviled eggs, and they have been at every family gathering as long as I can recall. It’s all I can do to keep from eating the whole platter as I prepare them:)
I am definitely going to look for these hard boiled eggs. For some reason I seem to have had a hard time peeling mine for the last few months, so these would be great to have on hand.
Your recipe sounds DELICIOUS!
Yum, yum. I’ll take these over cookies any day of the week.
I’ve never seen this product, didn’t know Eggland’s Best sold boiled eggs! The recipe sounds wonderful, my grandson loves deviled eggs!
Oh my! i have never seen these but I so have to find them. I abhor boiling and peeling eggs. 100 people have given my 100 different ways to boil eggs but I can never seem to get the peelings off correctly. The fact that I have no patience probably has something to do with it. I was just thinking that I wanted to make devilled eggs for a family BBQ next month and these sound perfect!! THanks!
Oh, I love this delicious twist on deviled eggs…so yummy!!! And those packaged eggs are a wonderful shortcut 🙂
What a great idea, these deviled eggs look awesome! Hope you have a special week end and thank you so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday.
Come Back Soon!
Miz Helen
All family functions had deviled eggs when I was growing up. My kids don’t particularly like them. They like your daughter would prefer ice cream. lol This is a fabulous way to eat my all time favorite sandwhich, BLT! lol
Featuring on Thursday at Bacon Time of course!
Yum! Found you through Bacon Time. I’m pinning this idea. Thanks!
What a fun twist on deviled eggs!!! My kids love those too! I need to look for those cooked and peeled eggs…that is awesome!
