I have a confession to make. I’ve gained a few pounds over the months eating all the delicious treats my kids and I make. Yes, it’s true. But here’s another confession, I’m kind of a stress eater. So it hasn’t helped that my life has been a tad bit stressful for the past nine years. =o) Okay, maybe not the entire nine years. It comes and goes. But I like to eat. It makes my tummy feels good =o)
So right now I’m trying to lose a few pounds and one of the things I do is substitute breakfast (which is usually a bowl of cereal) with something a little healthier. Have you heard of SuperFood Snacks? SuperFood Snacks are energy nuggets (or an meal replacement.) They are energizing, replenishing and rejuvenating and are certified organic and gluten free.

SuperFood Snacks Raw Chocolate Energy Snacks are a great source of antioxidants!

I ate these snacks instead of my cereal for breakfast. I was a little worried that I would still be hungry if I only ate 2 (because everything in me said to eat all 6). But I ate just two. I was amazed. They did the trick and I wasn’t hungry an hour later. Much better than cereal! And the raw chocolate gave my tastebuds what they are constantly craving.
I can’t say which flavor was my favorite. They all tasted a little bit different but I did love the taste of the cherries in the Chocolate Cherry Qi. If you are a raw chocolate fan, you will love these snack bites.
And to top it off, the packaging is biodegradable! How cool is that! I love that this company is earth conscious!

The chocolate cherry qi sounded the best to me, so I looked into it. I learned that it has blue green algae in it. Sounds weird, but I am willing to try it.
the chocolate cherry is my favorite!
I learned Green Chocolate Dream has the most antioxidants

I’m not a big breakfast eater and I know how important breakfast is so I think only having to eat 2 of these to start the day might just be do-able!
They also have raw and sprouted nuts!
I love how they are full of antioxidants (and it would be something chocolate that I wouldn’t feel guilty about eating for breakfast!)
I like the fact that all the ingredients are organic.
