I haven’t done a single thing for the 4th of July =o( Where have I been??? We typically don’t do much for the 4th, though. It’s always been one of those holidays where I’m frustrated because of all the loud noises that keep waking my kids up! Does that make me grouchy? =o( But a […]
Angry birds seem to be the thing right now. When we were trick or treating there were so many houses that had Angry Bird pumpkins. They were super cool. So when I saw this cute sandwich over on Jill’s blog, Kitchen Fun with My Three Sons, this just seemed like the perfect fun meal. And […]
We have another fun and delicious Halloween treat for you today. Aren’t these little guys cute? I’m not sure what my favorite part of them is: the delicious white chocolate coating? Or the mouth watering Oreo Cream Cheese filling? Maybe it’s a tie. We found this recipe over on the The Recipe Critic PrintMummy Cookie […]
The weather here in Oregon has been really off the past couple of months. It was stinkin’ hot for awhile and then summer kind of disappeared the end of August. I’m not real happy about it. I LOVE the nice weather. Well, let me rephrase that. I love wearing flip flops and shorts. My wardrobe […]
The aliens are coming! The aliens are coming! I told you that I was going to make dinner time more fun and exciting. How fun is this idea?!?! My kids loved it! This idea came from the cookbook Just For Kids Collection. (If you missed my Octo-Dog post you MUST check it out here!) Here’s […]
I’m not even sure I can type this post. I’m laughing too hard. ‘Cause seriously… this meal cracked me up. But even more hysterical than these totally adorable weenie men (that I found over on Casa de Luna) is the conversation that I had with my son. Are you ready for this??? My son: […]
I know today is November 1st and Breast Cancer Awareness month was October but I just had to share this one with you. Plus today is “Wear Pink” day at my school. So, of course I had to bring cookies to help celebrate! And not just any cookies… Mammo-graham cookies. Ha! Get it?! Mammo – […]
My Mom called me the other day and asked if I would bring a fruit tray to the family gathering we were having. To me, this was an open invitation for some fruit creativity. I mean, I could have just sliced up some fruit and plopped it on a plate. But really??? That’s not how […]

I am looking forward to watching my nephews and nieces experience the joys of Christmas. At 5, 3, 2 & 1 years old, they are all looking forward to Santa and the presents. Especially after the horrors of Newtown, CT, the innocence of childhood should not be taken for granted.
Merry Christmas and thanks for the giveaway.
