I Heart You Pound Cake
(since our first attempt with the bigger hearts was a totally fail.)
I haven’t done a single thing for the 4th of July =o( Where have I been??? We typically don’t do much for the 4th, though. It’s always been one of those holidays where I’m frustrated because of all the loud noises that keep waking my kids up! Does that make me grouchy? =o( But a […]
Normally by now I’ve posted a few Thanksgiving fun food recipes. Apparently I’m a little slow this year. I can’t believe this is our first (and only one!) But it is a fun one. How cute are these little guys? I thought my kids would have a great time making these. I bought all the […]
Because, really… isn’t everything better on a stick? Heck yeah! And how cute are these little mummy heads? I just loved them. We gobbled up our Mummy Twinkie Pops (holy smokes, were they good!) And we wanted to do another fun mummy treat this Halloween so we decided on these. Mummy Oreo Suckers Source: How […]
I mentioned in my last post for our Faux Deviled Eggs that I love April Fools Day and all the fun food ideas. Well, here’s another super cute idea. How about making a Chicken Not Pie for dinner for your kids. Did you catch that? Chicken Not Pie. I know, clever right? (Or were you […]
I am totally loving all of the great April Fool’s Day things people have posted the past couple of weeks! I love the pranks but mostly I love the fun food. You didn’t miss our Fakin’ and Eggs I hope! (We’re all about fun food at our house!) So we wanted to pack in two […]
Magic banana? Yep, magic banana. Well, magic banana trick maybe. I guess the banana itself isn’t magic. Or maybe it is. Either way, your kids will think you are magic! Are you ready??? Your going to give your kids bananas and say “abracadabra” and then poof – their banana will be already sliced inside the […]
We have another fun and delicious Halloween treat for you today. Aren’t these little guys cute? I’m not sure what my favorite part of them is: the delicious white chocolate coating? Or the mouth watering Oreo Cream Cheese filling? Maybe it’s a tie. We found this recipe over on the The Recipe Critic PrintMummy Cookie […]
My daughter saw these wonderful looking treats in her Fancy Nancy Tea Parties book. (Did I mention we LOVE Fancy Nancy?!) Her books are stupendous (that’s fancy for great!) I did an earlier post from this book as well. Click here to see it. So Ellie saw these and said to me “oh, let’s make […]

This is so cute. I’m trying it today but using strawberry cake and banana bread. Did you have an issue with the hearts floating? Mine kept wanting to float to the top. It’s in the oven now and not to sure how it will turn out.
Thank you again
