A friend of mine told me about 7 Up Biscuits awhile back and I’ve wanted to make them ever since. Then a co-worker brought some to work and that sealed it for me. They were delicious!
They are all over Pinterest, mostly with no link to a website. But here’s a site that does have the recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup 7 Up
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix together Bisquick, sour cream and 7 Up. The dough will be very sticky!
- Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 pan.
- You can pat the dough on a floured surface and cut out circles with a round cookie cutter but man! this step was too hard. It was way too sticky. So I just plopped handful sized portions of dough in the pan covered with the melted butter.
- Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
- Serve warm!
I apologize for not having more pictures. We ate them too fast and I completely forgot to take more pictures. Yep, they were that good!
