Summer has officially started in our house. My kids are out of school. I’m done with work. Now it’s time for the fun to begin! So we had to start the first morning of summer break off right.
My kids love breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos – pretty much anything to do with eggs and cheese. So when I saw this recipe over on Six Sisters’ Stuff Monday morning I knew I was going to make them for my kids for breakfast.
Simple and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 package of refrigerated cresent rolls
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 5 eggs
- Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Unroll crescents onto a large ungreased cookie sheet.
- Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, some of the chopped up bacon, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese on the wide end of each unrolled crescent.
- Roll up each crescent, starting at the wide end and ending at the narrow end of the crescent.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until crescents are golden.
They’re perfect for a weekend breakfast. You can also make a bunch of them and freeze them. Then you can enjoy them anytime you want.
Enjoy and happy summer!
