Slime is all the craze right now. It’s kind of crazy! All of the kids at school are playing with it and making it. My daughter has created quite a little business selling it. Who knew??? Slime! It’s been around for ages and there are lots of different recipes out there.
This recipe is for Fluffy Slime. My daughter says the difference between fluffy slime and “regular” slime is that Fluffy Slime makes more noise, is thicker and denser and is the most fun to make. (Don’t ask me, she’s 12 and the expert on this.)
The ingredients are simple: glue, shaving cream (not gel), baking soda, food coloring and saline solution.
Mix the glue, food coloring and shaving cream.
Add your saline and mix. In a separate container, mix more saline and the baking soda. Add and stir.
Mix it well until you get the consistence you want. If it’s too sticky, add more saline. If you want it more “fluffy”, add more shaving cream.
Have fun with it! Different food coloring colors, glitter, even essential oils to add smell.
