Yep, another root beer recipe. We loved our root beer float fudge! And our root beer float cookies were delicious! And our root beer float popsicles? heavenly! But how about root beer ice cream? Can it be done?
This ice cream was amazing! My kids gobbled it up so quickly! We will be making this again very soon!
Root Beer Float Ice Cream

* 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 1 cup 1% milk
* 4 tsp. root beer extract
* 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Whisk all of the ingredients together and process according to manufacterer’s directions. We have a super easy ice cream maker (thanks to my Mom).
Turn ice cream into a freezer container and freeze overnight (or at least 4 hours.)
It’s that easy!
Voila! Root beer float ice cream.
