Valentine Cupid Arrows

It seems crazy that Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching. Heck, it was just Christmas! I have a love-hate relationship with Valentine’s Day. I love doing things with my kids and making crafts and things like that. But the adult part of Valentine’s Day kind of makes me want to barf. I know. I’m sorry to all you Valentine’s Day, mushy love kind of people out there. Being single for the last 6 years has skewed my opinion a little =o)
But regardless of my thoughts on the holiday, we love to make little treats for friends, class mates and teachers!  This is a very easy and fun craft to make.  I found this one last year on Disney’s Family Fun site (I’m pretty sure.)  It’s not on there this year so I apologize if this is incorrect!
You will need:
* wooden skewers
* packs of gum (the stick kind works best)
* heart gummies
* red streamer paper
Skewer a pack of gum with the wooden skewer.  Stick a heart gummy on one end and on the other end, glue the streamer paper and cut into strips.  Easy, right?
And you have Valentine Cupid Arrows!
