I love Halloween! Have I mentioned that? Yep, love it! And how could I not when this is what decorates my kitchen? Cool, right?! Dirty Q-Tips! Ha! I saw these over on Pinterest too. Along with the Bloody Band-Aid Cookies that we made. It originally came from Katherine Marie Photography. Super simple but the […]
This may not look like much but let me tell you… it is delicious! My kids and I love root beer floats and have seen a lot of homemade popsicles out there that claim to be rootbeer floats, but they are imposters. Thanks to Almost Unschoolers for this amazing find because here is a real […]
Owls and Halloween. Who ever decided these two things go together? Well, if you google it (which, of course, we did) it goes way back. Like, way, way back. According to Haunted Bay, the Romans were one of the first cultures that viewed owls as spooky creatures. The owl symbolized death, doom, or destruction and […]
Our last Halloween post for the season (sniff, sniff) is a simple but fun one – Mummy Pretzels! Cute, right?!?! We found two different versions on the internet, here and here – both adorable. The girls loved making them. I’m pretty sure they ate about 20 eyes a piece before I realized where they all went. […]
This was one of my first posts (and it’s a pretty poorly done one.) So I thought I would repost this. It’s one of my son’s favorite meals and he asks for it all the time. I’m not sure if he likes eating the hot dogs and noodles or if it’s just the way he […]
I can’t believe it’s the middle of October and I haven’t even posted a Halloween recipe or crafts yet. Ugh. Life is a little overwhelming right now but I’ve decided to kick it into gear and get my Halloween on. So the first Halloween recipe for this year is for Candy Corn Cookies. Aren’t they […]
I’ve decided I love my food markers. I mean seriously. Who ever came up with that idea is a genius. Because we’re having so much fun with them. Who wouldn’t love a cup of this hot chocolate in the morning?! My kids thought it was great. They thought I bought the marshmallows like this. […]
I pinned this recipe quite some time ago and put it into my “Fun Food Ideas” board. I mean, seriously, of course I was going to make it. They are adorable! And with the movie Turbo coming out, I figured it was the perfect time to surprise my kids. My son wants to see Turbo badly. […]

Yum! I’m with you; what’s not to love about pound cake and biscoff?! I’m visiting from Craft-O-Maniac.

Usually I’m very ho-hum about pound cakes, but this one looks so good! I think because it includes all that cinnamon-y layers and the oh-so-rich Biscoff icing on top! Definitely not your average pound cake for sure. Thanks for sharing the recipe! I have no idea what a Sock It to Me cake is, but I will be enjoying this regardless!
I think it is about time I try Biscoff. This cake looks yummy.
Looks really delicious! 🙂
I was JUST thinking about sock-it-to-me cake the other day. Now I am totally going to make it – with your recipe! I’m pinning to my Bundt-O-Rama board. Dropping by from Friday Food Frenzy @ Close to Home Blog.
I seriously could go for some cake right now! I’d love for you to link up a few posts at my weekend link party@The Weekend re-Treat! on The Best Blog Recipes if you haven’t already!

Can I come to your house for snack time? You make some pretty amazing recipes. They all look and sound so good. So glad you’ve shared. I am getting a collection to try various ones now.
My mom used to make something similar to this. but your sounds way better and easier then her recipe. I might have her make this for me. Thanks!
I’ve never heard of Biscoff…but this looks delicious!
I don’t know what Biscoff is but oh dear sweet baby Jesus this looks so good.
Love pound cakes, they are one cake that is work all the work to make it. I have never heard of Biscoff, but if cinnamoney like tasting would be great in this cake. Yummy
I’m a big pound cake fan too and I would love to try the red velvet pound cake. It looks addictive.
Your recipe is awesome and thank you so much for sharing it at the table with Full Plate Thursday.
Hope to see you again soon!

I must say I’ve never seen a recipe quite like this one – interesting. We called them bundt cakes…or perhaps I am thinking of something else?
These look amazing. you are welcome to send some our way whenever, I hear pound cake mails nicely. thanks for linking up to friday food frenzy.
i dont think I know what Biscoff is but these cakes look so good and yummy. I dont have a bundt cake pan anymore tho : ( Thanks for all the great pictures
I don’t know what Biscoff is either, but I’d be glad to find out and eat this. Yum!
I’ve never heard of Biscoff, but the cake sounds wonderful. Someone will have to tell me what it is, I would probably like it!
For those who don’t know what Biscoff it – first, you need to go buy some ASAP! It’s amazing. It is like peanut butter but instead of ground up peanuts, it’s ground up cookies. Yep, cookie butter!
This sounds delicious. I am going to have to try some of the pound cake recipes, we love it here too.

That sounds delicious!! My sister and my daughter made a pound cake for Easter. They had a great time. Thank you for sharing at Sharing Saturday!
I have the same question, what is Biscoff? I’ve never heard of it…?
This pound cake looks scrumptious and unique; thanks for sharing recipe.
I just recently won some Biscoff spread and it is sooooo delicious! I can only imagine that this recipe is awesome. I pinned this to make very soon 🙂 Thank you!
One of the best cakes I’ve ever made! I did have a few small problems though. I greased and floured the pan extremely well, but for some reason all the brown sugar/cinnamon gravitated to the sides of the pan. Because of this it caramelized and stuck to the pan almost all the way around. Any suggestions for next time I make it because I’ll definitely be making it again!
Oh man, I’m so sorry. I use the non-stick spray with flour already in it. It’s amazing and I’m serious when I say, nothing ever sticks! I’ve also loved my silicon pans. Nothing ever sticks to those too. Other than that, I’m not sure. Maybe try to add most of the filling in the middle and away from the sides?
I’m glad you like it, tho. We thought it was to die for!
Hi Erin
I see you cut the sugar in your recipe, you use 22/3 cups of sugar, while cindy uses 23/4 cups of sugar.
Thanks, Jackie, for pointing this out. I’m sure it was a typing error when I was writing the post.
