We have had some pretty crazy weather in the Pacific Northwest. We had quite a few 80 degree days in April, which is unheard of, and then in June? Holy smokes. It was stinkin’ hot. Luckily my kids and I headed out of the country right when it was getting ridiculously hot. We left for Peru four weeks ago so at this point, who knows what the weather is like at home. I’m just assuming the heat will continue and seriously? Who wants to cook when it’s that hot?!
